All new children will need to complete our registration form

On their first day, pupils may trial all classes free of charge.

Fees can be paid either half-termly or termly (dates can be found here).

Half-termly fees are due in weeks 1 and 7. You will receive notification by email prior to each new half term.

Late fees will incur a £10 administration fee.

All pupils will be require to obtain the CTPA uniforms by the end of their first half term with us. This does not apply to children in PRE PRIMARY class.

We would ask that pupils arrive on time for classes, neat & tidy and fully prepared ie: correct footwear, hair tied back, drama and LAMDA pieces in a folder.

If pupils are absent for three consecutive weeks without notice, it will be understood that the pupil no longer wishes to retain their place and this will be offered to another child.

Respect for staff, pupils and school property is a very important part of the CTPA ethos.

All communication regarding classes and general info is done via email. We would ask to ensure that we have up to date contact information for each child.
